17.1.1
This Promotion (this "Promotion") is brought to you by Jackpot City Bingo (the "Bingo Room") and is open to first time Players ("Player/s") at the Bingo Room who meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements (“Minimum Qualification Requirements”) during the Promotion.
17.1.2
The Minimum Qualification Requirements are as follows:
a. Players must open their first new Bingo Room Account; AND
b. Make a first single deposit of at least £10 into their new Real Money Account.
17.1.3
The Bingo Room will give all Players who meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements during the Promotion a Sign-Up Bonus of £20 on their first single deposit at the Bingo Room ("Sign- Up Bonus/es"); subject always to the maximum Sign- Up Bonus of £20.
17.1.4
The Sign-Up Bonus will be paid into the Player's Bingo Room Account within 72 hours of the Player meeting the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
17.1.5
A Player may not withdraw the Sign-Up Bonus from his or her Bingo Room Account until such time as he or she has played through the Sign-Up Bonus at least 4 times on the Bingo game at the Bingo Room ("Minimum Wagering Requirements"). The Minimum Wagering Requirements will not be regarded as being fulfilled as a result of a Player's play on slot machines or scratch cards inside the bingo room or on any other games outside the Bingo Room.
17.1.6
Players may not be awarded more than one Sign-Up Bonus under the terms of this Promotion.
17.1.7
Players resident in Denmark, China, Russia, Jordan and the Netherlands are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
17.1.8
The Bingo Room's determination of which Players will receive a Sign-Up Bonus and whether a Player has fulfilled the Minimum Wagering Requirement shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.
17.1.9
All Bingo Room offers are subject to ongoing review. The Bingo Room reserves the right to end this Promotion or to change these terms and conditions without giving notice. Employees of the Bingo Room, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. The standard terms and conditions of the Bingo Room apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Bingo Room standard terms and conditions, these Promotion specific terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these Promotion specific terms and conditions are complementary and additional to the Bingo Room standard terms. |
